My Yerba Mate World P/L Australia use Australia Post to send your order as in most cases it is the most cost effective way of delivery. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of your completed transaction. Delivery times vary as to where in Australia you are located.

REFUND POLICY
My Yerba Mate World P/L (Australia) aim to maintain the highest level of customer service and Yerba Matē quality, although at times errors may occur. In any event we make sure to attend to any error as soon as it is reported. If you have damaged or faulty goods you may return them for a full refund within 14 days. Any cancelled or unwanted orders will hold a restocking fee of 15% if returned within 14 days and a restocking fee of 25% if returned after 14 days. After 30 days your goods cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non refundable, so please make sure that your mailing address is correct and specific.
